On the 8th floor, there is a designated smoking area equipped with a Smoke Dash system to remove airborne particles and odors. (Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel except in this area)

Coin-operated laundry
On the 8th floor, you'll find a coin-operated laundry.

Detergent and fabric softener are available for free.
Please note that the washing machines and dryers are not large-capacity.
The dryers, in particular, are electric and small, so drying may take some time—about an hour for two days' worth of laundry for one person, depending on the thickness of the clothes.
They may not be suitable for large amounts of laundry.
Currency exchange is available at the front desk. -
Vending machines
We offer a selection of alcoholic beverages, including Suntory Premium Malt’s Beer, Suntory Lemon Chu-Hi, and Kaku Highball, as well as various soft drinks.

Regarding curfew and entrance lock
For security reasons, the main entrance automatic door is locked from 12:30 AM to 5:30 AM.
If you return during these hours, use your room key card on the panel at the main entrance to unlock the door. -
Regarding check-out
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Extensions are available for ¥1,100 (tax incl.) per hour.
Extensions depend on availability and may be limited. For details, please contact the front desk. -
Room Cleaning Policy
For stays of three nights or longer, we’ll clean your room on the third day.

Regarding card key (room key)
The room door automatically locks, so be sure to take your card key with you when you leave. Please return the key at checkout.

Regarding Luggage and Lost Items
If you leave items behind after checking out without requesting storage and do not claim them by 3:00 PM that day, we may consider them abandoned and dispose of them.
